A nice chat with tips on how to use what you buy!

Make the most of the wide variety, the inviting atmosphere and the special flair of the market, nestling between the historic Holy Trinity Church and the city hall and only a stone’s throw from the pedestrian zone in the heart of the city.

Stallholders from near and far offer their products and are happy to give you advice. Whether producers or traders, they guarantee high standards of freshness and quality. Much of what is on offer is locally produced. You will, of course, also find organic produce at the market in Worms as well as delicacies to enjoy on the spot.

Depending on the time of year, the wide range is supplemented by seasonal traders with their products.

Combine shopping and sightseeing!

Short distances and several parking facilities and bus stops nearby: a visit to our weekly market can be ideally combined with a shopping trip through Worms. And the next sight is only a stone's throw away!

Buy fresh - save on packaging!

You want to protect the environment and do without plastic and unnecessary packaging? Our market vendors will be happy to fill bags (for multiple use), cloth bags, fresh food tins or shopping baskets that you bring along. Please just "hand them over".

Carrying bags - without me!

Back-friendly and extremely practical: a shopping trolley is not only chic, but also an extremely practical companion for the extended shopping trip or the way back to the car or bus. No more lugging bags!

Parking

  • There are some short-term parking spaces available at the Marktplatz.
  • It is only a short walk from the car parks in the city centre (Koehlstraße, Kaiser Passage, Jost).
  • Parking is also available within walking distance in Bürgerhofgasse, Hagenstraße and Neumarkt.
